Power of the word

L: The number of times I heard the word slip out was acceptable. They had no idea the power it helped, the history around it. They had no idea what it felt like. There were so many times when I would want to use it but I was scared, did I deserve it? I was worried if I did they would think it was okay.

J: There weren't a lot of people who weren't like me but there were some and because they grew up like me they think they are like me. They talked just like me and mimicked my movements, my lifestyle, and my vocabulary. It was wrong but it was normal I was used to it but I shouldn't have to be
